AAA Consultancy was founded in 2012 as a limited liability company to meet the market’s demand for construction cost consultancy, contract administration, claims and management consultancy — delivered to the standard the region’s developers were importing from abroad.
Fourteen years on, the numbers describe the outcome: more than 100 projects, a managed portfolio exceeding EGP 50 billion and 80 million square metres of developed land, and a team of 45+ professionals working from Cairo, Riyadh and Dubai — with delivery experience stretching from Ras El-Hekma to Grenada, Ghana and Uganda.

AAA has no ownership ties to contractors, developers or suppliers. We work for investors, developers, banks and project teams across every market condition — and because the only thing we sell is accurate commercial advice, our clients hear the number they need, not the one that’s easiest to say.

AAA is the first national chartered practice in Egypt providing cost management, quantity surveying and management consultancy as a firm regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors — one of the first RICS-regulated firms in the Middle East. Regulation is not a badge; it means our processes, ethics and professional indemnity are audited against the world’s benchmark for the surveying profession.
