Ahmed founded AAA in 2012 and has led it from a Cairo start-up to the first national RICS-chartered practice in Egypt. With over 23 years across cost management, quantity surveying, project management and management consultancy in the Middle East and Africa, he chairs the RICS Egypt Regional Board — placing AAA's leadership at the centre of the profession it practises.
